Lubertha Neal
Hello CWA Family!
On May 8th, 2026, CWA Local 3511 Vice President Lubertha Neal passed. She was a strong, committed leader, devoted to making sure that her union brothers and sisters were treated fairly. She never backed away from a fight no matter what.

Hello Brothers and Sisters!!
CWA National Human Rights Dept, CWA Local 3511, CWA Local 3902, CWA Local 1180 and Central MS Central Labor Council provided supplies and toys to the RECH Foundation for the holidays. We also volunteered to assemble and fill gift bags. Special thanks to Timmia Wiley, CWA National Human Rights and her mother for traveling to Jackson, MS to deliver gifts and supplies and thanks to my daughter, Jayla Travis for volunteering. Kindness, generosity and support for our community will enhance and make us stronger.

Good Afternoon Labor Leaders,
I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits as we prepare for the season of giving.
The CWA Human Rights Department, Research Department, and National Legislative and Political Department have long stood with families navigating the challenges of having a loved one incarcerated.
